ELIZABETH V. ZANET advises clients on U.S. and international tax matters, including planning for inbound and outbound investments. Before joining Ruchelman P.L.L.C., Ms. Zanet practiced with a large international law firm where she focused on tax planning for large corporations, private equity funds, and high net worth Latin American clients. She is a co-leader of the firm’s Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program and the Streamlined Procedures practice for domestic and foreign resident taxpayers.
She is a member of the New York City Bar Association Committee on Taxation of Business Entities.
