RUSUDAN SHERVASHIDZE focuses her practice on international and domestic tax aspects of business transactions and U.S. estate planning. She also represents U.S. taxpayers coming into compliance through the I.R.S. Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program and the Streamlined procedures for domestic and foreign resident taxpayers.
Rusudan has practiced with several New York law firms that focus on U.S. estate planning and probate matters.
Rusudan is a member of the New York City Bar, State and Local Taxation Committee, and is co-author of the article “Exchanges of Information: What Does the I.R.S. Receive? With Whom Does the I.R.S. Speak?” published in Intertax.
