About Ruchelman Advisory Ltd.

From its base in the E.E.T. time zone, Ruchelman Advisory Ltd. provides U.S. tax planning advice to corporations, partnerships, and H.N.W. individuals located in Israel, Europe, and the Near East. Typical engagements involve U.S. tax planning for investments in U.S. corporations and partnerships, pre-U.S. residency tax planning for individuals contemplating a move to the U.S., investment in U.S. real property, and U.S. tax planning for liquidity events by high tech enterprises and their senior executives.

Ruchelman Advisory Ltd. is headed by Galia Antebi. Ms. Antebi started her career practicing law in 2002 with an internationally recognized Israeli law firm. She was awarded her L.L.M. Degree in Taxation from NYU Law School in 2007, and subsequently practiced U.S. tax law with the tax department of a major international law firm in New York. Ms. Antebi joined Ruchelman P.L.L.C. in 2013, and became a partner in 2017.
